Onlus SCART-I Solidarity & Creativity Art - Italia SCART-I Onlus is a social cooperation that promotes and supports the developing world sector
through the realization of creative artistic projects and events for Corporate social responsibility.
Actually it is working on the Puzzle for Peace project.
The original idea of the project, a gigantic puzzle for charity, aiming to outrun the Guinness world record of puzzle building, won in 2002 by the People's Republic of China, was born in 1999 by a group of creatives guided by Gianluigi Ruju. The meeting with Giuseppe Iavicoli in spring 2005 triggered the real start of the project and thereby the birth of various design elements destined for the composition of the gigantic puzzle.
A year later, Germano Gemini, the projects manager of C.S.R and future president of the Onlus, complete the team's recruitment.
The 4G team is born. The project gets defined in its details and the piece of the puzzle takes it's final form: a powerful communication tool promoting art, creativity, social and environmental sustainable development, a pixel to compose drawings, a surface for artistic interventions, a
stage for live performances, a television format and a module for the creation of urban furniture and eco-sustainable design objects created with recycled materials, as well as an interactive instrument to involve schools and pedagogic institutions.
